Lady D is off to SF to take part in the AIDS/LifeCycle 5 ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles, covering 585 miles in 6 days. And she's got her sunscreen!
This is an amazing event-- I've been hearing stories about the people, the training rides, the flat tires, and the virtues of low gear. And with AIDS-related services more in demand than ever before, I can't imagine a greater cause. The ALC really is something special. (I'm all but signed up for next year.)
