Hangboard
I was feeling pretty crumby most of the day, but came around after dinner. With a little energy to burn off, and not really in the mood for walking, I decided to have a go at a bit of hangboard work.
I used Metolius's entry level hangboard sequence (dmg copy), and it's perfect. It produced a nice pump through the last few elements (8, 9, 10), which means I'm hitting a good balance between intensity and duration. Once I can do this sequence easily as prescribed, it'll be time to add difficulty.
