A few months ago, I bought my mother a gift subscription, which she's been enjoying immensely. Thanks!

However, she lost her password the other day, and she and I have discovered a serious flaw in your website: there's no way for the recipient of a gift account to recover a lost password. The *only* way to have the password reset is to call your customer service telephone number. Unfortunately, you've chosen not to make that phone number available on the NetFlix website. I had to Google for it.

I'm very diappointed by this, and I simply can't give NetFlix as a gift knowing that this kind of frustration might be part of the NetFlix experience. Your customer service number is easily available to anyone who can use Google. Refusing to display it voluntarily will not keep people from calling. But it *will* make your customers feel like you want them to go away. NetFlix is a fantastic service in every other respect. It's a shame you've chosen to behave this way, especially when there's nothing to gain from it.
