Training Log: 23min Run

I'm feeling much better, so I decided to run my usual Sinai Rd. loop, a little over 2 miles. First run after a long sick spell, but the first five minutes absolutely convinced me that I timed it well. I felt great, and kept a very easy tempo all the way through. Nothing spectacular, and my knee feels really weak from not working out, and not stretching, but now that I know how to get it back into shape, it'll be back in form in no time: I'll be doing either a hard hike or a leg/back/bicep weight workout on Sunday.

This was also the first time I've taken my new iPod out, and it was great. I loaded it up with a little Cut Chemist, Beck, Ph10, NiN, and MC Solaar, and rock 'n' rolled my way 'round the neighborhood. That little baby is definitely going with me to the gym from now on. (And I need to add a lot more hip-hop to my collection.)
