Training Log: Climbing Gym
I'm starting to feel like myself again. Nothing like a couple of hard workouts to get me feeling good.
Rested on Sunday, then hit the climbing gym again last night with the notion of doing all the tall (40'+) 5.9's in the gym. I could feel that I was still recovering from Saturday, was pumped after two climbs. Worked my way through about 5 or 6 routes, then decided to call it a night after falling, repeatedly, off a the start of a 5.9.
So now it's two rest nights in a row. (With maybe an short, easy run & stretch tonight just to keep the joints loose.) Good food, vitamins, plenty of sleep.
