Training Log: Climbing Gym
I had planned to take my lead test last night, but after two climbs, it was very, very clear that trying to jump from one day a week to three left me stiff and weak. The strange thing is that everything from 5.9 to 5.10c felt equally hard. The only difference was how much I fell off.
My fingertips are tough, my technique is improving, and I'm getting stronger. Time to take a few days off and let my body recover. This weekend: trail biking!
