Training Log: Krav Maga

I was nervous about going back. After taking time off, it's always rough. I got lucky: no knees tonight. But I wouldn't have been nervous if I'd remembered what a great high this is. After an hour of putting everything you have into beating the hell out of your target (a partner holding a pad), you are mellowed out.

So, that's two cardio workouts for this week. Saturday's ride, and tonight. I need one more this week. Tomorrow's a rest night, so it'll have to be Thursday or Friday. Decisions, decisions. If I head back to Krav, that gets me two goals at once: more Krav in my diet, and the night of cardio I need.
