State of Grace
Last night was surprisingly productive.
I got gpsbabel working with my Forerunner 301. This means I can leave my larger and heavier (but nicer for navigation) eTrex Legend at home.
I've solved a performance problem with my GPX-to-Google Maps rendering. Large GPX files resulted in maps that never finished rendering. I'll be updating Saturday's map in the next couple of days to add the return leg of the ride.
I fixed the problem with my Training Log's calendar view. A little bit of data cleanup, and it'll be ready for an initial release.
Not too shabby for a few hours on a weeknight.
And I am now once again in geekdom's equivalent of a State of Grace: all my gadgets work, all my computers are online, all my files are backed up.
Total disaster cannot be far away.
