Training Log: Park Loop

Another running of my park loop workout, shortened by about a mile of running. I'm sore all over today, which tells me that I haven't been doing enough resistance training. Oh well.

My weight is dropping hard and fast, which I expected. Weighed at 193.8 lbs. last night, which is great. We'll see if this continues through the next few weeks.

My foot injury is practically healed. A little soreness during last night's run, but it's fine today, which I take as a good sign.
