Rest Night
It's been a big ten days since I got back from Wyoming. Lots of Krav and Jiu Jitsu, a big bike ride, and two great 5.5-mile runs.
But the sad truth is I'm pretty dinged up.
My arms and shins are covered in bruises. My chest has taken more elbows than I can count. My left knee, which I neglected to stretch the whole time I was in Wyoming (stupid, stupid) is acting up. Sprinting and jumping cause me pain.
It's all minor. It's all part of training. But taken all together, I'm glad to have a night off.
