Very, very cool weekend. Spent Friday night with Laura listening to great music and talking. I did a short bike ride, then headed into Hollywood on Saturday night with some good friends to catch Puppet Up!, an improv comedy show done with puppets, performed by Brian Henson's troupe of puppeteers. Incredibly funny stuff, and we all had a great time. I still giggle when I think about some of the sketches.

I had planned to ride up to Rocky Peak, then down the Chumash trail today. But with the winds going insane and several fires burning nearby, it just wasn't in the cards. I chilled most of the afternoon, did some coding, hit the gym for 40 minutes or so to work on my knee a bit, then went to my parents' house to watch the Red Sox win the ALCS in convincing fashion.
