Ready to Rumble

I've taken the last month off from Krav Maga and Jiu Jitsu. My knee was giving me trouble, and I had a couple of nagging pains that needed some time off.

Today, I feel great. I ran for 35 minutes last night, and my knee feels perfect. My jammed left thum and achy right knuckles are mended and strong. I'm headed back to Krav and BJJ tonight, and I feel stronger and more fit than when I left.

In short, I'm about to be taken down a peg or two. Wish me luck.
