A few things to clean up around here:

• Add a "replace existing geotags" checkbox to geotagging form.
• Add height & width attributes to the postcard images on the map. Not feasible: some photos are in portrait orientation. Need better meta-info on attachments before I can do this.
• Add link from postcard images to full-size images, and to image gallery
• Debug problem with "is image" checkbox in entry edit form.
• Link from geotagged images in the gallery to maps.
• Debug problem with parsing of some old gpx files. Fixed.
• Refactor Attachment code to retrieve bytes only as needed.
• Improve layout & features of map page. Done.
