Heavy, Man
I weighed in last night at 180.6 lbs.
Dude.
That's too heavy. Between Jiu Jitsu and weight training over the last few weeks I'm putting on a noticable ammount of muscle. And my body fat continues to slide slowly downward. (Used to run around 18%, now typically down around 15%.)
So I'm getting stronger and leaner, which is good. But still. Too heavy.
So, it's back on my usual weight loss regimen, which is disturbingly simple:
- No cola. Ever.
- No desert unless it's social.
- At least 3 1-hour cardio sessions per week.
Basically, I eliminate empty calories, and bump my daily burn a bit. Simple and effective.
When I stick to it. Since the plan already incorporates one or two nights a week of "cheating", one or two more will cancel any benefits.
So yeah. Here we go with the weekly weigh-ins again.
