Wrecked
Taking last week off to do some weight work was definitely a good idea, and cranking up my protein intake and taking my vitamins has done wonders for my energy level. Any trainer will tell you that nutrition is half the game, but that's a lesson I keep having to teach myself.
Tonight's Krav class featured a consistent energy level, and Jiu Jitsu followed up with lots of work from the guard, which means I basically feel like I did four thousand sit-ups.
Another student said that he's going to be leaving the school, and moving to the Krav Maga Worldwide Training Center in Sherman Oaks. Evidently he checked it out, and was really impressed with the level of the classes there. So, good luck to him, and now I'm very curious about what's going on over there.
Anyway, I came home tonight and heated up some meatloaf and a giant pile of veggies, and now I'm feeling sane and settled enough to head for bed. G'night all.
