Squeezed in a quick trail ride this evening. Nothing too spectacular. I'm getting smoother, but I'm still feeling the results of riding so inconsistently. I'm not as strong as I was, and not as smooth and comfortable on the bike. Ah, well. Just another reason to ride more!

The route: out along the Lower Butte trail to the cross above CLU, then back along the Santa Rosa trail to the Mesa Trail, and home again. Short, fun ride.
