Training Schedule
After a bit of wrangling, I think I've got my new Krav/BJJ training schedule:
- MON 6:45-9:00: Krav 1 & 2
- TUE 7:00-9:00: Krav & BJJ
- WED 7:30-9:00: BJJ
- THR 7:00-9:00: Krav 1 & BJJ
- SUN 1:00-3:00: BJJ
So that's great options for 5 days a week. I don't plan on doing all 5. I'll mix and match depending on what I have time for, and what else is going on. I can see my girl, go climbing with Timbo, ride my bike, and still be consistent with Krav & BJJ.
Of course, any "workout schedule" I post here is generally cursed, so...
