DMGBugs: Comments not Counted Properly
Whups. The performance changes I made introduced a bug in the way that comments are counted. I'll fix that tonight. For the moment, just remember that the "Recent Comments" section at right is where to look for activity here at DMG. (Not that there's so much, but y'know...)
I'll have this fixed tonight. It's now fixed.
And it turns out that I didn't have to give up performance to get this working. I'm really thinking that this round of code improvements would make for a great series of blog posts on how/when to do performance tuning. Maybe in my copious free time...
