Beautiful Run!
Headed out today for a run at lunchtime. I came prepared: wicking base layer, wind jacket, pants, and a cap to keep the rain out of my eyes. All in all, I had a great time. Smooth running, and I'm getting much stronger and springier on my box jumps. I'm also stepping up the plyo push-ups: I did the first set on a low planter (about 15'' high), and a curb (8''). Once I'm back up to 16-20 reps, I'll move to the ground.
