I've seen a couple movies in the last few days, both fantastic.
Saw Mr. & Mrs. Smith last night. Great flick. Yes, the
plot was a bit predictable, but it's great fun watching the actors
play. More than anything, it reminded me of Undercover Blues.
And big sloppy wet kisses to Jason Kottke for recommending Primer. Primer is a time machine movie, but similarities to anything sucky stop there. This is the first time travel movie I've really liked. I watched it once with friends, after which we debated for a good hour about what had happened. Then I watched it again when I got home, and a lot of things fell into place. The more you watch it, the more you catch, and the more fun it gets.
