Hmm. I need a kick in the head. I've been thinking about device drivers lately.

Then again, when I read posts like Roland Tanglao's thoughts on languages for web app development, I become interested in doing some non-Java project.

But then, I've seen the same thing in Java. Nothing new there.

I've been toying with the idea of building a web app to manage fitness programs. Something that'll track nutrition, exercise, and weight. Kind of an uber training log. Maybe I should build it using Ruby on Rails or something. Get a feel for what the cool kids are playing with.
