Knee Update
Okay, kids. It's that time again.
I'm finding that all the things that have helped my knee are all the things that The Literature says you shouldn't do. In particular: stairmaster, hiking steep trails, and leg extensions (though I now do these without bending my knee to more than about 70°).
Wierd, yes. But the trainer I was working with said something that's proven to be very, very true: every injury is different, and every body is different. When you've got something stubborn, you just have to experement and see what works for you.
It really hit me this weekend how far I've come since September.
