Training Log: Climbing Gym

Another Thursday, another night at the gym. Warmed up, worked the "hard-easy principle" for a couple of hours, then wrapped up with a couple of laps on an overhung 5.9, which which took the last of what strength I had. I could rest for a few seconds, do two moves, then had to rest again. I know from weight training that when you can only do one-rep sets, you're done for the night.
