Keeping the Easy Rides Easy
Weather this morning was too perfect to stay inside. Cool and clear with cotton ball clouds rolling past. Used the ¾ bibs for the first time this season, and kept the pace very mellow. The "Green Beret" climb was tougher than I remembered, but still- anything's easy if you do it slow enough.
This actually ended up being a bigger ride than I wanted. The plan was under an hour, and well under 1,000 ft. of climbing. Oh well. I don't think an extra 20 minutes and 400 ft. of climbing will kill me. But I'll probably scale back Monday's ride just to be sure.
